Delete your Drift data
From inside the app
- Open Drift and go to Settings.
- Open Privacy & Data.
- Choose Delete All Drift Data and confirm.
Drift first stops active work and attempts to remove the anonymous live installation, then clears local Drift preferences, saved recommendations, travel context and feedback. iOS Location Services permission is controlled by iOS and is not revoked by this action.
If you are offline
Drift will explain what it could not confirm and preserve enough information for a safe retry. Do not reinstall repeatedly as a workaround; contact support if deletion remains incomplete.
What is not personal recommendation history
Short-lived, salted aggregate abuse-prevention counters may remain for a limited operational retention window. They are not tied to your name or recommendation history and are pruned automatically.
